This was sat night after the tow company closed. I got charged for tow and sat-Monday when they opened storage. It’s was close to $400. I knew at 18 I was going to lose my shit so had pops call since he was co-sign on vehicle and the trailer park office kept defending it. Told them there are pictures of the scrape marks in the driveway and when they snatched it they broke my passenger front axle and somehow busted my radiator (coolant everywhere when I picked it up and had to get it towed home, def called another company). The trailer office said well I saw him headed to the casino the other night and he was doing over 100. So fucking what!!!! Plus I was 18 and casino was 21 so that was a lie. Never was able to get my money back. Many friends I grew up with got evicted. Then a few years later friends grandpa paid company to come cut trees down on his lot because they were rotting. They said he couldn’t do that. 2 years later the tree fell on the trailer and destroyed it. Homeowners insurance said they wouldn’t pay because it was the parks responsibility. The park said it wasn’t and they passed away a few months later without getting it resolved. Then went after family to cover trailer removal when it was their fault it can’t be moved broken in half. It’s insane they are still in business and able to do these practices. They also offer a discounted lot rent if you pay a year worth and then within 6 months they evict you.
