Hell, passing a policy like that would do nothing but harm American citizens. Right now, if someone from America comes across the border for, something like, insulin we will serve them because we know the situation down south and the pharmacist has empathy for American’s, combined with the fact that there is no real enforcement to make sure we are holding up our end of the deal. But if America passed a law like this then the pharma-companies, that we have deals with, will likely start enforcing the details of our agreements. That would mean American’s that cross the border for drugs will be shut out entirely and put the average American in a worse situation then they already are in.
